EMA approved the use of Jhonson & Jhonson vaccines
UMMATIMES - On Thursday (11/3) the Johnson & Johnson vaccine was approved for use by the European Union Drug Administration. This is the fourth vaccine approval granted by the 27-member authority.
"With this latest positive opinion, authorities across the European Union will have other options to combat the pandemic and protect the lives and health of their citizens," said the head of the European Medicines Agency (EMA) Emer Cooke, Thursday (11/3).
Application for approval for the use of a production vaccine since February 16 by US pharmaceutical J&J. The vaccine was developed by their subsidiary in Belgium, Janssen.
