Millions of school students in Saudi Arabia will be vaccinated against Covid-19. As reported by the Saudi Gazette on Sunday (4/7) the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Education of Saudi Arabia have agreed to implement a joint program to vaccinate 5 million male and female students. Those who will receive the Covid-19 vaccine are over the age of 12. The plan is to administer the vaccine this month.

UMMATIMES - The program will also cover the administration of vaccines to male and female teachers, administrative staff, students, teaching staff, male and female trainees, and training and administrative staff at training institutions in the public and private sectors, who have not received the vaccine.

Vaccination is carried out in preparation for continuing private educational activities in the following school year for all students. The Ministry of Health (Kemenkes) started last week vaccinating children aged 12 to 18 years with Pfizer's Covid-19 vaccine.
