Turkey Sends Medical Aid to Vietnam

Turkey on Sunday sent some medical aid to Vietnam as part of a health cooperation agreement between Ankara and Hanoi.

The assistance provided was in the form of 10 ventilators, 10 patient monitors, 20,000 N95 masks, 4,000 overalls, 100,000 PCR test kits, 100,000 units of viral nucleic acid extractor, and organ preservative fluid.

The shipment, which arrived in Vietnam, comes after a phone call between Turkish Vice President Fuat Oktay and Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh in October last year.
